Sort of like the Nets are doing and the Celtics did.
Were already young how much youmger do you expect us to get we need veteran help at this point. Everything your saying we should do we have done the last two seasons. The 06-07 season lost Iverson started rebuilding process did alot better than most people thought. The 07-08 season did a pretty decent job for a team with no superstars but more importantly it was an evaluation process to see exactly what kind of team and players we have did a hell of a job made playoffs. In those past two years we waited for expiring contracts etc to come off the books so that we can go after prospects in free agency this year. We have already went through the process you are asking to go through again which simply can't happen. Also your going to have to get rid of more than Iguodala to meet that type of demand your asking for. Sorry so long but, my question to you is what do you think we have been doing these last two years no disrespect?

Regardless of stats too, he was about to turn 32 when we signed him and has just been coming back from surgery, and not looking quite himself.
He had 3 triple-doubles in the first half of that season. Don't pretend you weren't ecstatic when the Sixers announced they had traded for Chris Webber.

Not to mention the Kings are still paying for the huge contract of Kenny Thomas, who averaged 1.4ppg last season. Otherwise he'd still be on our pay roll

I honestly wasn't excited. Never liked him at Michigan or in the NBA.

Oh c'mon, Webber had a very good NBA career, and whether you liked him or not, at the time he was the first big man that could score that Philly had seen in years.
