I really want to see the USA paly Greece in the semis, as Greece is full of "nobodys" (to Americans) while the USA have their usual group of superstars. It's like two different concepts clash.

They have a good chance to surprise everyone like in the last European championships. Even having won then, they still are not viewed as potential champions now.

The thing about Greece is they have really good post play in the Papadockulus(sp) and the so called Baby Shaq. The US sucks at post defense so this could keep the game close.

Argentina is so good, unreal. 75-40 after the 3rd quarter. This is Turkey, not Qatar.

well Spain just ploughed through Lithuania 89-67 with Pau getting 25/9 with 3 blocks. So Spain is still undefeated and gearing up for a big game with Argentina it looks like

I want a Spain vs. America final, because I am gearing for Spain to win. What a win that would be and what a good mindset Jose and Garbajosa would have coming into next season...

Indeed, I think it'd be great for Calderon's confidence, and the Spanish players' recognition around the league. Argentina is going to be hard to get through though. Spain can do it, but it will be a hard fought game

If Dwyane Wade gets any inkling of unfair officiating (LOL) then look for Mike K to insert a different lineup to mix things up.

If the USA does not win the tournament... they have to play in Olympic qualifiers the next summer...
