You need perimeter shooting and you want Garbo?

The Lakers have a ton of perimeter shooters. The Lakers want Garbageosa because they might be losing Turiaf.

Garbo could be a good cheerleader for the bench. Lakers should look at his performance closely in the Olympic before signing though.

Nothing against Garbo, but I'm pretty sure he'd be a non-factor on that team.

Garbo just hasn't got game anymore to survive in the NBA.

Garbo is a very inteligent player and be vary valuable playing 20 min, however his game is diferent from Turiaf.. It depends of his knee and is he still wants to play in NBA.

Does anyone here remember the Spanish Gold medal ??

Garbo played with and then subed in for Gasou when hurt.

And with Calderon the three one a gold medal in world championships.

Hello...

If Odom is bait or traded - or course the Lakers would pick up Garbo. More than a courtesy to Gasou - he should be able to play defender in ghe paint while Gasou does all the offence and easy rotations.

Not a bad move for the Lakers - especially if he is inexpensive contract wise.

You're assuming that Garbo is back to the same level before his injury, not the hobbled non factor that was on the Raptors at the start of last season.
