Thank you. The fact Interminator is trying to excuse away domestic assault "Because he didn't really beat her entirely to pulp" is sickening. I have spent a fair amount of time doing drive alongs for battered womens shelters..."just" terrorizing someone and roughing them up a little isn't some minor lapse of character...it's the mark of damaged and cruel human being.

How can people can just excuse stuff like this because a guy is good at sport? I hope there daughters or sister never have to suffer such a minor incident.

Wow, the fact that you're dismissing the beating of a woman makes you a piece of **** in my book. You're just as bad as Mr. Artest.

I already read your little explaination. You're saying other people are reaching on things that Artest have done or said but you are reaching just as much as they are.

Were you there when Artest said he was going to kill Bonzi Wells? Were you in that house with Artest and the woman?

No you wern't

I wasn't either but I tend to believe somebody who have inside knowldege of the situations at hand and actually do their research on the event than some ISH poster who continually makes bad threads and shows bad basketball knowledge outside of the Lakers and Grizzlies.

Before Ron ran into the stands Indiana were looking like the best team in the East. After the brawl the Pacers stood behind him 100%.

I repeat: Indiana stood by the scumbag who had derailed their team - a team who resembled a genuine title contender.

The season after the brawl Ron starts to say all the right things and it looked like the Pacers would field a very competitive team.

Then a few weeks into the season he asks the team for time off so that he can promote a fucking rap album.

He gets suspended, and then demands a trade.

He completely fucked a team that could have contended for at least three years. A team that stood by him when it didn't have to.

Ron Artest is an asshole. His incident-free life in Sacramento has seemingly erased this fact from the minds of many ISHiots.

You have your timeline messed up. He asked for time off just days before the brawl, and it was to promote the record of some group he was producing or that was on is label. And to the OP, it was during the middle of the season!

Honestly: Artest has done everything but kill a man. If anyone was was justified in being called a headcase, it's him. I actually really like his game, but he is mentally unbalanced. A guy like Zach Randolph is *********, but he at least has some control over himself. Artest is a complete wild card that just need one bad day to destroy a franchise.

I cant believe you guys actually waste 3 pages worth of time trying to convince Interminator.

This guys brain is like Cartmanclones, once he gets an idea in his head, he is going to hold on to that idea regardless of any and all evidence you provide to the contrary, regardless of how unbelievably stupid that idea is. But you all already know that.

If you really want examples of Ron Artest being a headcase, go read wikipedia.

from varois sources around the web...google ron artest is nuts

Artest takes up basket ball at the age of 8, at the suggestion of a school counselor concerned about his angry behavior.

As a rookie with the Bulls, Artest applied for a part-time job at Circuit City, so that he could get an employee discount on the latest electronic gear.

He flipped out and broke a television camera at Madison Square Garden.

Last year, Artest noted, "If I had a player out of line, I would bench him. That's all you can do, bench him. You don't kiss nobody's rear end, because it stinks."

After the Pacers were eliminated from the playoffs by the Pistons during the suspension year, Artest was waiting to get back into the arena. The Pistons bus is getting ready to pull out, and Ron Artest rips his clothes off, wearing nothing but "hot pants", flexes and glares at the Pistons bus.

With the Pacers, Artest practiced in a bathrobe.

Artest has spent the last few years as a loner, does not talk to teammates, instead spends time watching Ultimate Fighting Championship DVDs on the team plane on a laptop that is missing half its keys

The Brawl with the Pistons. and alot of peole seem to forget the laying on the scorers table to begin with, that would have been a suspension in it's self

Asking for time off to work on his Album. When denied by Pacers front office becomes a distraction at practice leading to a team suspension and his ultimate trade to Sacremento

County animal-control officers seized his Great Dane, Socks, because it wasn't being fed. This is the second time the first time was in Indiana.

Besides his most recent arrest for slapping his wife, 911 calls from Artest's home five other times since last August, and at least two of the calls involved domestic disturbances.

Suspened for making physical contact with Miami Heat head coach Pat Riley while taunting the Heat bench

Suspeneded for Flipping the crowd the bird
Suspended for telling Sacremento fan to "**** off"

When Magic Johnson said Ron needs to look at the trade to sacremento as a new lease on life ron responded with...It's like saying, 'Magic, should your wife give you another chance?'" Artest said "He's saying Ron Artest should have no more second chances. What's worse -- me saying I want to be traded or you cheating on your wife?"

Playing against Michael Jordan in a pickup game, he broke two of Jordan's ribs after being slam dunked over.

He picked up and threw a 150-pound stretching machine, leaving a gouge in the floor of the Bulls' practice court.

Artest's girlfriend Jennifer Palma and the mother of one of his children, filed assault charges against him in May of 2002, Artest pleads guilty and he was ordered to attend anger management classes

He changed his jersey number from 23 to 91, the number of longtime NBA problem child Dennis Rodman

over 9.5 million Dollars in lost pay, suspensions and fines

Misses multiple games in Sacremento due to back problems, manages to play in games against playoff contenders, but misses games against non playoff contenders called out by coach and management

June 6th
Artest tells Sacremento Bee reporter he will not even consider opting out, his agent Mark Stevens echos that thought saying “him opting out at this point is not even an option,” Stevens said. “He wants to first go to the table and see if he can get a deal done. He would love to be in Sacramento.”

Retarded NBA fans will always think Artest is detrimental to any team he plays for, just like they still think Kobe is a rapist and the league is rigged.
