Can't go back to school with an agent.

You don't have to have an agent, but it wouldn't be smart to not have one.

why would you need an agent?

if you know how to read a contract, for that matter, know how to read, you don't need an agent

the salary are all pre determined based on draft order anyways

I think its more for setting up workouts and and talking to teams trying to improve their draft position, also endorsements.

Are you sure ALL of these guys know how to read?

I'm suspect on PJ Tucker for one. He couldn't even pass 6 hours at Texas. Some of these guys are dumber than dirt. For real.

Most of the these guys couldn't make it without an agent. They'd screw themselves so bad.

Richard Roby will likely drop out since his stock has fallen to a 2nd round pick, Kyle Lowry might do the same.

Arron Afflalo - UCLA
If he stays in school he may be able to ball in the South African league one day, but if he must leave early I'll give him five dollars to play wing on my rec league team over at the Oak Square Y. He has to pay his own membership fee though.
