picked three upsets. the baylor one is a definite possibility. i kinda hope ND loses, but i'd rather my spartans do the honours. smu won't win...just no. lol

i say we have a comp. in this thread. just straight up win-loss record. if gobb decides to do one before tonight.

This year there 5 teams that I think can b NAtional Champs

Lousiville(great QB, One of the biggest, powerful backs in Mike Bush)
Ohio State(Stacked,fast,fast,fast)
USC-Booty not playing due to Palmer and Leinart, does not look so bad.Dwayne Jarrett, great recieving, and defense)
Penn State.

Texas i cant see coming back and beating these teams.
OKLAHOMA has the best RB in the nation when healthy, but thts all they have.
ND- Quinn is a great QB,but i have yet to see him face pressure defenses,ND also has an easier schedule.

My best friend plays for smu. Only reason i picked them. Their running back demyron martin is a freak though btw, those that dont know who he is will know who he is by the end of the season. They also have a GREAT dlineman and a great secondary.

Penn State.

only four teams...and penn st. and louisville have no shot imo.

Yeah and I know graham harrell and one of their Oline well from HS but i still gotta go with my best friend PLUS it will be closer than you think. Martin is the best guy that youve never heard of.

i wouldn't be suprised if penn st. lossed, but not at home.

arkansas coming into the coliseum and beating usc? even with their losses, usc has crazy talent. unless you expect arkansas' rb's to run over usc's D.

I have to agree that USC should win, but being a UCLA Fan, I have to go against USC day in and day out
