Default Most likely to take a slide in the draft...

Which highly touted draftee (projected to go top 8 or so) do you think is the most likely to slide down the board on draft day?

I'm going with Tyrus Thomas. He's refusing competitive workouts with anyone outside the top 3 picks, and if he slips to Portland and they pass on him, things could get interesting.

Yeah, Thomas is probably the one that is most likely to slip...

But, hopefully, Bargnani is the one that ends up dropping... Don't want any team to be wasting that much money or the pick...

Wow. Refusing workouts? Who does this guy think he is? Pretty pathetic when your ego is that outrageous.

I agree with JJ Reddick. Seniors tend to drop on draft night.

Redick definitely, he can't make a living relying on his jumper

Tyrus Thomas will fall on draft day, I think the hype intially surrounding him following his superb NCAA Tournament performance has subsided, and teams are starting to see the flaws within his game and character. He could easily slide to the 8-10 position if things do not go his way.

Good replies everybody, but by "highly touted" I kinda meant the guys at the top of the board (just edited my original post to be more specific). Redick is borderline lottery right now and fatboy, I've never heard of Aaron Gray and I've been obsessively looking at draft stuff the past few weeks. I should have made it more clear I guess, but I wasn't referring to guys like that.

EDIT: Now I see Aaron Gray. He's on the nbadraft.net mock (which I don't really check anymore) but he's not on the draftexpress.com mock (which I check religiously). He's projected at 23 right now though so he doesn't really fit in with the type of players I was referring to. I'm gonna go read about him now.

In that case, Brandon Roy and Tyrus Thomas.

JJ

Tyrus

O'Bryant

I say O'Bryant because I was reading about how the Hornets coach said he might be good in the NBA 2-3 years down the road . . . which doesn't sound like he was really that pumped on him. I went on to read that his workouts weren't anything amazing. Hopefully for him that amazing game against Pitt will be enough to keep him in the lottery.

definately Redick will drop Jameer style. I can picture him now slumped in his seat pouting that his name isn't called yet.
