As could 80-90% of Bulls fans.
1) Make interviews in which you talk about a lot of nothing. Use words like 'process', 'integrity', and 'connect' so that people think you know what you're smart and forward thinking.
2) Show up at college games making sure you're sitting in a spot where the camera will make its way to. If he's there it must mean he's scouting someone and doing his job. Of course most good GMs have scouts do it. But he has to be percieved as being 'hands on'.
3) Dress business casual always. Even at press conferences don't wear a tie. You have to be seen as down to earth and not arrogant.
4) "Length and athleticism". Repeat that at least 50 times a day.
