There have been many white players throughout WNBA history. Nobody has cared. Sue Bird has one of the best careers ever and she's white and nobody cared nor do they currently care about Sue Bird.
The most popular players in the NBA are black, because they're some combination of the best and or most spectacular. That's all that anyone really...

To me it's the alarming amount of mediocre-pedestrian playoff series he had, for a player with the clutch rep that he does, he would get eviscerated if he played today for his playoff performance most years in his prime.

Nah...
If we really review the tape... guys like Bird don't look nearly as impressive. He's a poor pint sized man's Jokic. Which is still nice but not top 5 all time. The league back then was rudimentary and basic. The 80s was the crack era... he was quite literally competing with crackheads.
Even bum shooters today hit jumpers at Larry...

It wouldn’t surprise me if Joe Biden wanders off from the White House from time to time and the Secret Service has to scramble to find him down the street in his underwear looking for ice cream.

Kobe Bryant explained why Larry Bird is a Top 5 player of all time: "People really forget how great Larry Bird was…the guy was money"
I cant stand BrickBe.
I consider him the most overrated, polarizing, selfish All Time Great players ever.
Even I agree with him.

I consider myself middle-aged. If you're still around on this message board and I'm fortunate to be alive in 20 years' time, then you may call me old :-)
Don't know why my age and gender bother you so.

That and Hauser. I didn't even know who that dude was but he's like a Kyle Korver level sniper.
He's like 8th man on the team and he made almost 200 3s this season on well over 40+% shooting. The most 3s Larry Bird ever made in a season was 90.
Even jrue Holiday made 138 3s on an absurd 43% FG. Bostons worst shooter hits 3s @ a level Larry...

Warriorfan? How can any warrior fan trash on the guy that made them what they are?
In every single championship the Warriors got he was a big part of it! He was their closer and best guy on so many games. As soon as he got injured Warriors couldn't even make the playoffs anymore lol.
Yeah he has declined and should be on his way out, but...

This doesn't make sense?
Jordan accomplished 5 MVPs of some sort in the span of 3 years.....twice.
Doing something that takes someone five years to do in three years.... Is more impressive for the player that takes five years?

Well no shit, he had a career-altering injury & they went into tank mode. This is basically the same as post-achilles Kobe paired with a young Dlo in 2016 tbh.

It's basically the T-Wolves but replace KAT with Draymond. Spacing would go to shit but the '04 Pistons weren't any better.

MJ accomplished more than Bran and in less amount of time. It's a no-brainer.
Better peak play goes to MJ and the accomplishments (rings, FMVPs, MVPs) also go to MJ and he did all that in his 14 years in Chicago. Bran doesn't have a single dynasty (the Heat were not a dynasty with just 2 rings sorry) to his name which is also something that...
