Yea I feel like 88-93 MJ was like if you could combine peak Wade and peak Kobe into one player. Kinda wild. Not only did Wade have the athleticism but he was an incredibly cunning passer and had long arms and a very strong upper body to finish in traffic. His snap decision-making, whether that be where to move or pass, was off the charts.

that pretty much says it all.... LBJ is weak sauce. He had his chance after coming back to CLE. He blew that one too. I've got LBJ literally at #10. It aint ever changing any time soon. He never dominated stat category. If he is such a great play maker, why dont he has like 6-7 assist titles. its that easy. He always has ball in his hand...

Imagine what else they would've said against MJ. Had he only teased Slam Dunk Contest and never participated. Had he chickened out of 1987 and 1988 Dunk Contest after losing to 1985 'nique. Had he did not liked competition if he ever saw one. Had he colluded. team hopped. chickened out. conspired against Jerry, Jerry and gaslit Pippen...

Speaking of crawling on that roof... those type of buildings usually have metal roofs. It was a pretty sunny day throughout so you'd think it'd be really hot for someone to be able to lay down onto with shorts and a t-shirt on. Or could be made of something else and it wasn't hot. :confusedshrug:

TIL South Sudan has no indoor basketball court. Luol Deng is building one though. https://www.si.com/olympics/former-nba-star-luol-deng-led-south-sudan-basketball-to-the-paris-olympics Damn. Imagine Team USA losing a game to a country without indoor basketball court. :lebroncry:

Nothing. Compared to all time greats Lebron is weak mentally and pretty much a coward. Had he played the game with some integrity I would have some respect for him as a basketball player. Pretty much, an all time great himself I will admit but approached damn near everything from the worst angle.

What an embarrassment for Team USA that was. Look at the leagues the South Sudan players play in. 6 in Australia, 2 in Lebanon, 2 in Scandinavia. How on earth is it possible for team of Hall of Famers to be seconds away from losing? Exhibition or not, a disgraceful performance.

What's the takeaway here? That the US is vulnerable to well coached teams that can match them physically? I might put some money on Canada in that case.

I don't see how or why Davis doesn't start. Everything is better when he's out there. Also prefer Tatum coming off the bench, he plays in the paint more with the reserves and he's a better playerwhen he's attacking than when he's taking threes. I don't know if an NBA team will be giving him a look but either way this is a great career highlight...
