I have never heard of honoring Harriet Turman being described as evil before. Congratulations, you're crazy.

There's no adapting when you have the two GOAT shooters who can both get wide open off-ball, a top 5 defense & a deep roster. If Steph doesn't get injured in the 2016 Playoffs, they win 4 in a row.
Yeah, they easily could have. They proved it in the 2019 Playoffs.

Kobe passed the Laker torch and then ascended.
Poetic but incredibly sad. Sorely missed.

Why would they need a RB that high in the draft?
They had I believe the most productive Rookie RB this year. No reason to believe he won't continue to produce, he was on a 1100 yard, 16 TD full season pace to end the second half of the season and he catches the ball well.........

Neither player will do it this season. There aren't enough games left, and CP3 isn't gonna score enough at the current rate and Lebron isn't gonna dime enough at the current rate.
At any rate, I don't think either of them cares about 20k/10k. When it comes to career totals, they're probably more concerned with beating each other in total...

So 2 sentences into your 1st reply, you completely destroy your own op by basically saying even championships are subjective? Good to know.

I try to be kind but this is a dumb post. You might be smart but don't understand Australia or economics.
No comparison. You are digging your own grave. Good luck.

Before getting HIV and being forced to retire, Magic was on pace to do this in 13.5 seasons. Stockton retired with 16,000 assists and 19,711 points. Oscar Robertson retired at 35 with 27k points and 9,887 assists. As a basketball milestone, to be the first in the history of the game accomplish that feat is definitely a nice feather in the cap,...

Not so much about Durant. More about the rest of the league adapting to and adopting that style of play.

Those Warriors have honestly become criminally underrated. 140 wins, a title and literally a minute away from another and we have people legitimately wondering if they could have won again without Durant :lol

Steve kerr was responsible in pioneering that team to a dynasty. Who would have thought that a role player who played in the late 80s to early 00s would become a head coach of a franchise and lead them to 67 wins plus a chip in his rookie season?

There is nothing wrong about praising king bran. He is a great player unanimously bound to be inducted into the hof someday. Only fools will think he doesn't deserve that but let's not act like he's a god too, lol. There are other atgs who are great as well. So needless to say, he isn't the only one who's of that special kind in this sport. But...

They were lucky the Cavs didn't have Love and Kyrie or they probably would not have won in 2015.
They still had much difficulty with LeBron James and Matthew Dellavedova.

Fluke may not be the best word, but Steve Kerr and team came up with A novel basketball strategy that basically changed the league. Noone was prepared for it and it took years for teams to adapt. In that span of time they were obviously Very dominant. LeBron being the genius he is adapted to the environment and took them out until the aquisition...

Yes, LeBron is a team first guy. He is by all accounts the most unselfish megastar in NBA history.
Ask his teammates. They all repeat the same thing - he's the best teammate and the best leader they've ever had.
No one has ever said that about Michael Jordan.

But nobody thinks Anthony Davis is Kareem. Kareem has 6 MVPs. Kareem was the LeBron James and Michael Jordan of his day. Like LeBron he was a superstar before he even entered the NBA. LeBron and Kareem are the two greatest high school players of all time. By 1986 Kareem was considered the greatest player who ever lived.
Anthony Davis is...

You need to eat 3 times a day. A grilled chicken breast is around 100 calories and 10 fat calories, so you can actually eat quite a lot of chicken in a day. If you have a Foreman grill, all that you need is some Lowry's seasoning.
Skinless chicken breasts are probably the most food you can eat while keeping the calories low and getting a lot of...

This board is where everyone from ESPN's unmoderated anonymous commenting apparently came to when they switched to Facebook.
Some people hated ESPN then - because the content was a lot like what we see here - but it was extremely popular and it was fun. I'm grateful for this place that they allow that spirit to continue here.

This would allow people to choose if they want to live in a republican country or a democrat country.
Then when people like Joe Rogan and Elon Musk who decide to bring their Democrat to places like Texas, we will know who to blame for destroying it and force them to go back to California or some other Democrat state.
I supported Brexit.

Of all the guys that got compared to MJ, Kobe was the closest in terms of skill and playstyle. It was almost identical, but MJ just took better shots and had the athleticism to help him. It's probably the one thing that I somewhat disagree about the video. Kobe's pretty much MJ like, but with his own innovation.
I think the Lakers trainer and...

Winning championships is still way too reliant on circumstances outside of a players control; the era they play in, the roster around them, injuries to them or their opponent, or even whether a single shot goes in or not.
And the funny thing is, no matter how ring obsessed fans have become, analyzing basketball like it's golf or tennis, we...
