The big dog stays on his porch and welcomes all challengers, knocking them off one by one. That's the dog every other dog fears. Not the dog that gets run off his porch to another one and then another one and then another one. No one fears a dog that they've seen run away several times.

i agree, it was an iconic moment in sports. i hope the next tournament is just as great if not better, this tourny got the attention it needed. i attended a mexico game here in Phoenix and i can confirm the atmosphere was electric, the energy reminded me of a futbol...

Nah. He's more like an Italian crime boss. Family comes first. Business interests second. Then everything else.
The two have nothing to do with one another that's why.

NCAA is definitely shady as fucc. From the reffing to the under the table deals to the recruitment process. There's a lot on the line for these kids and there's desperation. And that means the vultures are out. I imagine it's more mild in the NBA because the power balance is much more even between parties.

What I find funny is that this thread was made only when the Nets had a comfortable lead, only to lose at the end.

I didn't think so but then I had a small outburst today. Upon reflection it very well could be traced back to your comment.
But back on topic: That final at bat was one of the most iconic baseball moments I've ever seen. The setup. The anticipation. Ohtani walking back and forth between the dugout and pen. Unbelievable. Can't remember the last...

I think the market will test the lows from October some time this year. The full effects of the rate hikes haven't been felt yet because they take time to work through the system.
I plan on trading in and out of calls intraday as a hedge but to me shorting here looks like a fat pitch. Credit is going to be tighter going forward and the economy...

Also... Once BiJan Robinson is taken at #14 by the Pats... we will have 11 more picks until Dallas is on the clock... and this is where we need to go with the 2nd best RB in the draft.
Pats do not take him @ 14.... he will go to one of these teams: Washington (16), Lions (18), Bucs (19), Seattle (20), Chargers (21)
Dallas will take him @...

They'd it themselves! They'd collectively give leniency to NCAA stars to keep them on longer and be more productive. Especially draft prospects. I'm not surprised you'd be in denial lol since Jordan was notorious for getting ref favoritism. Lolol

it's a pattern now. suns coach isn't even hiding from it...he's outright saying it in the post game presser. the officiating doesn't excuse how horrible the suns are without KD and Ayton, but some of these are winnable games if the officiating wasn't so lopsided. me thinks the suns did something to piss off refs.

there aren't any particular calls. if you were to review each call, i'm sure there would be a legitimate basis for the calls being made...unfortunately the officiating seems one-sided against the suns based on a long pattern of games with a big discrepancy. i.e. the officials are quicker to blow their whistle on one end than they do for the suns.

Pats may focus more on the Run Game
I don't know what the secondary situation is like in New England.
but if 4 QBs happen to be going in top 14 picks... I don't believe in drafting a DB with a top 10 pick. We almost took a DB instead of Parsons 2 years ago. It's almost never a good idea to draft...

I don’t think axe is wheels. Nb1 more fits the profile: acrimonious and obnoxious with a high school shooter mentality and the only reason he hasn’t shot up a shopping mall is because he’s confined to a wheelchair. Yeah axe is obnoxious too but he just spams and is bland and most likely an unfunny single middle aged fat dude (lots of them here)....

I'd be careful buying SQQQ, I thought $34 was a low price... it's not a low price anymore.... new highs on Apple and Microsoft have been established and I don't think those stocks are falling much further from where they are at currently. Same with Tesla.
Semiconductors aren't going back down either.
Apple will announce a new product here...
