Not overall but the late 80s is the pinnacle of American basketball in terms of talent.

It's tough to do this because you gotta ask how realistic we're trying to be? 2k or NBA? Alot of the guys playing now would lose a few go to moves and quickness because the handles and travels were called much more strictly. Alot of our great slashers and one on one guys would have been toned down a bit.
