It’s funny. I’ve roasted lots of Lebron guys here about lebron shooting allen iverson levels a bunch. In the 2015 finals some people were praising his stats but if you watched the game or looked at his FG%….wow, it was very ugly.
But as you point out it’s strange that Lebron seems to get a pass on this when no one else does.
The Lakers don't win that G7 if Perkins doesn't tear his ACL in game 6. Kobe doesn't get 15 rebounds and he gets clowned on for eternity for his performance in the loss.
Yeah I thought the Cavs would emerge as 3rd seed during that win streak or at least like clear 3rd best but it never really happened, still in the mix with the other teams around that mark and kind of were on the brink in this series, surprisingly.
OP no one is impressed by the teams that jordan beat
and now we know he had a stacked cast
that 6-0 finals record doesnt look as impressive now that we know he was beating up on cans while he had a stacked team
its been exposed
Those celtics weren't even in their mid-thirties in 2010...and you also had Perkins and Rondo who were sub-25. Devin Booker is 27....Ayton is how old....this is just embarrassing.
ringless without pippen
bulls won 55 games without jordan
lebron couldve used those stacked bulls casts during the early cleveland days. I cant see those cavs winning even 40 games without the GOAT. :oldlol:
You're thinking way too hard for a concept far too basic. Lebron is doubled less because doubling him allows shooters to get hot historically or for a throwaway big to have a 20 plus point night. It's happened emough times to avoid that as a tactic if possible. Aka pick your poison. The other is they double scorers why? Because they dont WANT to...
Ego is a big factor...he takes giant contracts because his goal is to be an owner and win as an owner. I don't blame him for that...he's a student of the game and he's seen the pitfalls of Magic, Isiah, KAJ, Jordan, and Russell. If he owns a team he has control and he's good enough at building champions and scouting talent that he can get to...
The lakers will have been the Nuggets biggest test besides the Mavs.
Only the Mavs can be tougher.
You people will eat crow after this WCSF.
On another note:
You didnt even watch them in the playoffs yet you think you know better than MPJ who played against them in the playoffs. Cool story bro.
MPJ gave this interview right before the playoffs. He was asked about who would be the toughest matchup in the west. Color me shocked that he didn't mention the Lakers. :lol
Hence they have not proven anything in the playoffs. This is a straight up fact. They looked good this year, thus I said “maybe theyll surprise me.” But they have no track record. Youre leaning on hindsight now that theyve won their first round match convincingly to sustain your argument. I made these rankings in March. And we’ve seen first place...
