I agree it matters, but she also seemed to have dragged the wnba out of complete obscurity(at least for the time being). Isn't Taurasi widely considered the goat and isn't Delle Donne a superstar? They're both white and never had this effect on the brand. Caitlyn's gotta have something else. Admittedly I only watched like 2 or 3 minutes of her...

Well Magic only made the conference finals and lost once..but Larry and MJ they may have considered it a failure but those series against the Pistons and 76ers were legendary. And frankly the Western Conference finals were bigger than the NBA finals for many years.
This also happens in football for 15 years the NFC championship game was bigger...

Lol no that was never the case. LMAO. Bird, Magic and MJ considered it a failure if they got to the conference finals and lost.
Getting to the finals was seen as an accomplishment but just making the conference finals was never a thing if you didn't win it. You just made that up

They weren’t strong on the rotations early yesterday. Denver was just flat out missing everything, including many good looks.

What was up with Luka last game? Watching it now it seems like he wasn't whining to the refs like he normally does. I like Luka but his whining does get tiresome.

Actually yeah, that probably is the reason everyone was so high on her.
I'm sure she's a great women's player, but the public would not have cared or paid attention if she was black. There's endless amounts of data supporting that.

Well I would say 9 times as he made the conference finals twice to go along with his NBA finals appearances.
Also you are making the case that Chris Bosh is better than Howard, Pierce, Garnett...etc. Hey question how many playoff series did Wade, Bosh, and Love win?

Hey here’s a question, did you know that OKC is literally the youngest team in that NBA? And that’s with their bench. If you include just the rotation it gets even younger.
Obviously that question was rhetorical. I know you know that and are just goofing. Carry on.

Yes for about 10 seconds, I over-ranked Giannis before I realized everything that I said in my previous post.
Again, you only have the Curry thing, and that's the one kind of oversight which is understandable for someone that doesn't watch.. he's that unique

Curry is not a turnstile on D. That is low IQ nonsense. He was only below average in his early years.
Denver was ranked 8th in defensive efficiency during season even though they were cruising through a lot of the season, and they don't have any dpoy candidates like Michael Cooper.

Giannis is a 1-trick pony that never really learned how to play basketball - his jumpshot still looks like a beginner and he has no bag or fundamentals - he's just a big athlete.
He's way better than Pippen but that isn't saying much... Larry Nance was superior to Pippen... Heck Andre Igoudala reached more impactful heights, while Pippen is 0/6...

I think a lot rests with Murray. If he comes out firing and hitting shots in the first Q, it might be a wrap….if he sputters then the Nuggets can find themselves in trouble quickly.

Draymond was making a sober, reasoned take on Inside the NBA - this wasn't one of his trolls.. This was a serious segment on the show.. Kenny and Charles agreed.. Robert Horry recently said the same thing about Lebron's game... Rashad McCants, Ric Bucher, and others are also on board... Everyone is coming around to the fact that Lebron doesn't...

They just settled out of court end of last year for an undisclosed amount of money, I'm sure many millions. But I would bet that he settled because she had this video. And I wonder if the fact that this video is now public means that she broke their settlement agreement.
Her lawsuit against him was that he raped her BTW. And does anyone doubt...

Good point, a point guard being below avg defensively isn't as bad as a center though. Curry is debated as being top 10 GOAT and he's a turnstile on defense. Jokic IMO should not be put above other GOAT Centers who weren't absolute dog shit on D. It's goofy to compare PGs and Cs to begin with :lol
As a center, Jokic is to offense is what Bill...

So what? He leads his team in points rebounds and assists. His impact is overwhelming compared to magic, who was a below average defender as well.
Not to mention that the west was lame back then. It's far stronger now.

You were right Giannis is a Pippen level player? Damn, no wonder the Bulls won 55 after Baldan retired. Makes you realize how unimpressive his titles really are, winning all of them with an MVP/DPOY/FMVP caliber player.

I was right about the 2nd one so I guess the Curry thing is all you have.. It's understandable that someone who literally doesn't watch the games for over 10 years was a little late to the party on a paper-boy-looking dude jacking up half court shots.

We gonna base everything on what Draymond says?
Don’t know if you want to go that route :lol
But even then, he mentioned nothing about SGAs style of play but the guard heavy offense as a whole. One of the problems I’ve mentioned.
They need another type of player. A relatively middling level guy like a Naz Reid or a Valenciunas. Anyone...
