The Epstein thing was entirely a thing republican politicians tried to get to the bottom of.
No liberals or Democrats (citizens) ever asked about the list. Dont be delusional.
They believe the "offical version", remember? That it was suicide.
The rest is a "conspiracy" and only "right wing nutjobs" believe in that.

Somehow I missed this thread.
Can't argue with any of this.
Lebron wasn't interested in that kind of direct penetration. He avoided Deke yet was still more dominant.
When MJ saw big Deke on the floor his only thought was to get right up on him and take him, right from the tip.
Hard. No hesitation.

In an ongoing effort to educate the good people of ISH, and as an act of public service, I'm going to smack you all with some knowledge about the oldest current player in the league, given question-and-answer style. Some of these facts you might not be aware of.
Q. What is Lebron's favorite vegetable?
A. The artiCHOKE.

Yep. This is all true and exactly why he tends to get overrated in the grand scheme of things.
In reality, was he ever a top 10 player in the league? Maybe one or two years, tops?
He gets mythologized more than a similar players for sure.

The reason Reggie is so fondly remembered, aside from all the heroics, is because he was so rare in his day. Most of the star players from that era had comps. Reggie was a real 1 of 1 during his day and a real X factor.
That combined with his fearlessness and clutch heroics put him over the top in a lot of people's minds. It's not like those...

Until you needed a big bucket?? Magic in his own book titled "Touch" on pages 74-76 admits to being afraid to take the last shot of the game and this was after the 84 Finals which was Magic's 5th season. Where are the game winners from Magic before the 86-87 season? In 1981 vs Houston in the playoffs in the Forum in the deciding game, Magic's last...

You just admitted that this was your feeling on the matter when Biden was president. You admitted that you were willing to overlook Bill Clinton possibly banging children if it meant defeating Trump in the election and not causing a stir.
The more you post, the more you keep telling on yourself.

MVP voting has never been a player ranking - it's based on surprise factor, so tons of bums got 3rd like Blake Griffin or PG3... The Bulls were never a big story in 94' because everyone knew the Bulls were enjoying a honeymoon period and a bubble that would burst
At no point in the 90's did anyone think he was anywhere near real franchise...

Thanks to quotes from Mike over the years, new fans like yourself can learn what 90's kids already know - that Jordan retired suddenly on a whim, and didn't NEED to retire - no one thought he was injured and couldn't play - everyone knew that he could obviously keep playing and went to play baseball for other reasons (like 3-peating, aka already...

LeBron will still have fans no matter what, but you're right in there being a recent tidal wave of criticism. And it only is going to get worse. I don't think history will be too kind on LeBron quite frankly. They certainly wont be in his pocket like Nick Wright :lol

Jordan has more of a case for being on the 00s team then Lebron does for being on the 20s team. Terrible as Wizards Jordan was, he wasn't nearly as much of a net negative as Lebron's been this decade.

The really amazing thing was the 22 Lakers. He convened a war room to create a super team, snagged a third star, and
then led his team to the lottery.

Yeah because once upon a time, Kareem's record was deemed untouchable. Especially to a guy who'd already considered retiring before his 1st chip. It was decidedly out of reach, so why even try?

Mjs accomplishments are of lower caliber than Bill Russell, rather than 8peat he could never make it past 3 without needing a break. He couldn't coach a team to 2 titles while playing either. When it comes to Lebron Mj got beat like a drum anytime he faced a team he wasn't supposed to beat, Lebron on the other hand broke through that barrier...

Said it years ago that the longer LeBron will be removed from the league, the worse his legacy will be. He's not going to be forgotten, he's just going to be remembered as the guy who lost a ton of finals despite all the help and shortcuts he's taken.
I didn't expect the downfall of his legacy to happen THIS fast lol.
