Wrong answer
Leonard has at least shown you he can be that best in the league type dude
It’s a roll of the dice with pretty tough odds regarding his health. But he has shown he has been able to take your team there and put you over the top.

Leonard. He missed the last playoff game. He’s out tonight. He missed 3 of their 5 playoff games last year. They missed the playoffs when he didn’t play the entire previous season. The year before that he missed 8 of their 19 playoff games. He has not been healthy to play in the playoffs in four seasons and they just extended him so he’s making...

I get that logic and it is sound. Still it doesn’t feel like it would account for the amount of a difference we are seeing. Like the graphic showed, Lakers and 2nd place has over 2x the difference than between 2nd and 11th. That’s insane.

The Lakers took 35 3's last night and the Nuggets took 38. And they were out free throwed 27-9 @ home.
Doesn't shoot that many 3s lmao. This is cognitive dissonance on a super saiyan level.
I could roast you endlessly on this topic based on the logical framework you attempted to make.

He did better this time but last year's WCF he was so bad in 4th quarters, it wasn't a good series.

What’s amazing about this is the gap between first and second…..is literally over 2x the gap between 2nd and 11th.
Like in terms of statistical outliers……this is f ucking beyond insane. lmao.
amazing

Murray has bailed out Jokic so many times in big moments tbh it's not a bad argument. The GOAT should also be the closer on his team when it's winning time. Jokic has made clutch shots himself sure but if he ever wins enough titles this would be used against him.

Of course it's real. There's so many stories of Jordan being a straight up asshole to people, whether it's celebrities or kids asking for pictures. He's the GOAT scumbag too.

God I'm tired of this dumb ass argument. Lakers were 3rd last in 3PA and allowed 3rd most 3PA this season.
Oh wow, a team that doesn't shoot that many 3s and has Bron & AD going at the rim has the highest FT differential? Shocking.

How did Kobe's contract set them back in their tanking years? If he retired in 2013 they'd have been in the same position regardless lmao. If anything he helped them lose games.

if LeBron and Russell both opted out, could the Lakers maneuver it so they have enough cap space to absorb a max contract while sending back every pic imaginable? They even have picks left to trade? LeBron and Russell make about 70 million combined next season. I feel like they could create the wiggle room to steal somebody who wanted out.
They...

I don’t know why you constantly try to obfuscate and go on tangents…..it ain’t that complicated
Which one of these names doesn’t belong? Which one are you getting the worst return on % of your salary cap spent?
Answer that one question for me. Just gotta list one name. Keep it simple.

your issue seems to be return on money invested by the team being reflected in the teams performance. But the 40 million and up club missing the playoffs or losing in the first round and being absolute no-shows happens so often as to no longer be noteworthy and is only going to happen more because this amount of money doesn’t mean shit to these...

Are you an asshole, bro? We just had the real finals. It was Game 4 of Denver-LAL, and Lebron won it. I said even before the game started that it was a winner take all finals. So it wasnt just a hindsight thing.
We're into exhibition territory at this point. Lebron has his championship, and he's now going to hit a vacation. The competitive...

The Wolves are considerably better than the Lakers defensively. They also have a much better bench so the Nuggets can be hurting when a few second unit guys are playing, putting more pressure on the starters to be even better. Denver also has injuries to both Murray and KCP so finishing off the Lakers yesterday was huge for them as they get a...

opt out is only for a new contract into his final years IMO, and possibly assist the team salary wise to win over this and next year by loading the back end and freeing up now to sign whoever (if allowed, not sure how the contract structure works)

He's only got a year left on his contract and he just proved he's still literally LeBITW. It's logical to opt out and see if there are longer deals that make sense in case he wants to keep playing multiple years. Even if he only wants to play one more season he's probably eligible to make more money next year on a new deal than on his current one....

has Daytona Beach always been as hood as it is now? I went sometime in the late 80s or early 90s. Remember having a pretty good time. I stopped in there for a few days on my way up the coast And what felt like a decent area, but I was maybe two turns from the hood.
And by hood, I don’t just mean Black people. Black people are in every part of...

When your star player is CLEARLY exhausted that is when that 3rd option/role player steps up. It's not 1 on 5. And Tobias is a MAJOR liability. He misses open 10 footers and layups. Doesn't box out. Doesn't defer once the ball is in his hands.... HE'S the reason the Sixers are down 3-1
