Who is leading who?
Speak your facts, not your opinions.
Wild conspiracy theories are welcome if they are backed up by facts.

This playoffs we've had 3 of the top 25 players in the league all go down with a torn achilles.
What do you make of it? Trend related to low top sneakers? Is this a call for the NBA to re-allow load management? Shorten the regular season? Is this a curse associated with the #0 jersey number? Or is this something else?

Prime Chris Paul is better than Prime John Stockton who averaged 9.7 ppg in the 1998 Finals. 12.8 ppg, .8 apg, 2.3 rpg in two NBA finals appearances. CP3 averaged 21.8 ppg, and 8.2 apg in the 2021 NBA Finals. Stockton is also never been a top 5 mvp candidate in his entire NBA career. Chris Paul finished 2nd in MVP voting behind Kobe in 2008. And...

If the wrong player gets injured at least. I suppose he’s saying if they go into the second apron and someone they know they can’t win without like Murray or Gordon goes down but still has to be paid they would consider trading Jokic to get themselves out...

I'm surprised this soundbite ( starts at 4:52) didn't get any traction here. It's not exactly new ground but retreading well-worn talking arguments is an ISH past-time, so how are we feeling about this one?
This was of course a common argument years ago that between 2000-2002 you could have replaced Kobe with a Tmac/Vince/A.I and the Lakers...

Because the 1980's were better than the 1990's NBA teams. MJ played against garbage oppositions. His 1990's Bulls are lucky if they can win 2 NBA championships in the 1980's.

this is the equivalent of telling a girl you didn't cheat on her bc you just put the tip in. :lol
MAGAs will eat this up though, because they are incapable of independent thought.

It’s technically news.
CJ is like Jrue Holliday in that it feels like they should exclusively play for contenders at this point so I always assume a buyout or second trade is coming to make that happen even when there’s no evidence of it.
bunch of name recognition pretty good but not great veterans floating around on teams that don’t make...

A) Never produced a dynasty/great team
B) Low team ceiling regardless of cast (i.e. produces perennial Finals underdogs and losers)
* Perennial Finals underdog status was due to inferior chemistry and not needing more roster help, since the rosters were initially favored in the preseason

My hats off to Saagar Enjeti and other conservatives like him who refused to get duped by Trump and his Israeli overlords.
War propaganda worked wonders the last time most Americans got hoodwinked by GWB and the neocons 20 something years ago... difference is this time less effort on an even dumber American populace, more effort to fool us not...

Phil Jackson & Pat Riley are the only two dudes in basketball history to win championships as players, and then win multiple championships as a coach, with multiple teams.
Rick Carlisle can join them tonight, as the least decorated of the 3, by far, lol …. to make it 3 people in basketball history to do it:
Phil Jackson

History shows that prior to KD's Warriors, Lebron's big 3 was the standard for stacking the deck and having an unprecedented advantage over the league.
Specifically, Lebron's 2011 cast superseded Kobe's championship cast from 2010 by having a better player than Pau at THIRD option (bosh) and sidekick that was actually a much bigger producer...

Players make 50 times what they used to, so they don't play hard in the regular season anymore, which makes sheer effort a big advantage and inflates high-winning "effort" teams.. This is why OKC's dominance cratered in the playoffs by almost losing to 2 teams that were 8th and 13th in SRS (Nuggets & Pacers).
So they're barely championship...

Shai or Haliburton will do what Lebron couldn't and that is win a title for a franchise that never won without having to switch teams nor stacking the deck.

Lebron's fans don't really have any standards. If it's not rings, they'll find something else. It used to be triple doubles. Then Westbrook and Jokic passed him very easily. But then the excuse is Lebron has more rings. But they realize Lebron will never get 6 rings and so they have to use the longevity route.
I swear even if Lebron was 0 and...

Here is the reason why Lebron has a lot of Stans like Highwhey. He is like a fake king. People relate to him because they have a similar mentality. Lebron is the type of person that shows a lot of promises but can't deliver in the way that you want him to.
Lebron could never catch Jordan in rings and so he has to find alternative paths to...
