I disagree. When Trump signed the CARES Act (Senate voted 96-0), INFLATION (1.5%) was NOT a problem and the economy had been shut-down - people were losing jobs left and right. Look at what the inflation has been under Biden and he KEEPS SPENDING and WANTS TO SPEND MORE - $7 TRILLION proposed budget.

There were some plays I was shocked they didn't give minny the whistle in Game 1.
Ant had two drives where he flopped to the ground and violently threw the ball away looking for calls westbrick style and there was no call.
Those were the two plays Kidd used his challenge on to review it was off Ant.
Watch this game... when Ant drives in...

If Dallas can hit their 3s in this game they can win.
There's gonna be a MASSIVE whistle advantage for the wolves though.
And it's going to take red hot shooting to overcome.

The best player on 4 of the last 6 champions has been a low hold-time player (Tatum, Jokic, Curry, Kawhi), and we can add AD to this list if we think he was the best player on the 2020 Lakers - he certainly was their leading scorer and turned their defense from worst to 1st.
Ultimately, the low hold-time players (biggest winners) are generally...

Us "idiots" made these guys collectively billions of dollars. Without our viewership and money these dudes wouldn't have squat. And that actually makes our opinions matter MORE. We fans are the backbone of the NBA. If everybody tuned out, theyd be nothing.
So of course we idiots matter. We're the only reason the league exists as a profitable...

An NBA team is a business like any other business. Each contract should come with a risk and cost analysis. If player X is signed to Y contract should contribute to Z. Z variables are jersey sales, TV appearances, fans in attendance, projected wins, years of high level production, etc.
To simplify it to "that's what stars get paid" would...

Our inflation rate, which is still better than most of the world all things considered, is due to government spending, but Trump did the most of it. I never said Biden is innocent, both spent under the guise of covid, but Trump is the most guilty. The PAIN you speak of is both Trump and Biden, but moreso Trump.

No way.
Mutumbo was decent at basic low post offense in his later career, Gobert has no moves at all.
Toody would be more important on defense and get more blocks though, because he'd be allowed to camp under the basket.

Have you forgotten that "little" thing called Covid-19 when most businesses were shut down - when people were losing jobs left and right because of covid? We were already coming out of the pandemic when Biden irresponsibly spent another (unnecessary) $1.9 trillion dollars with the American Rescue Plan - not to mention his Inflation Reduction Act...

That's crazy. He was in good health from a visible standpoint, but that's why I never drink and have never smoked. Alcoholism can cause cancer and everyone knows smoking can cause cancer.
Way too young. RIP. With the angels and God now.

It's bad luck and a bit arrogant to talk as if the Celtics already have the championship this year but generally speaking, if a pro sports team wins a championship they have achieved the ultimate goal in their sport, will be remembered and celebrated by the city and state they represent, and could not give a damn about the opinion of some random...

They won 64 games. This isn't a team that needs to be overhauled. If you have a starting five that lead you to over 60 wind that should be good for two years, maybe even three depending on how Holiday ages, you keep that core intact. Brad Stevens is an excellent executive, he'll keep the supporting cast solid (and with Pritchard signed had a...

Steph and particularly Kyrie would definitely lift the team. AD too, but he might be too small to play center in FIBA and not enough range to play forward.
As you say, Lebron, KD, Kawhi, I doubt they will really be able to do much at their age and injury situation.

The only old guard player I would put on the team, is honestly Steph Curry. Personally I feel Kyrie should be on the team as well. I don’t consider AD aged out yet. Especially Steph because he hasn’t gotten a gold medal yet. LeBron, Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard … is not even healthy enough, their time is done. Let the new guys get the reps in

Deke had a nice jump hook and a decent midrange j. He could actually score in the post. He just didn't get the benefit of the lob dunks guys today get because of the poor spacing back then.

He just passed away so I won't go much into the mess his life was. I always thought he was a health nut but he was just a guy obsessed with making documentaries about anything he thought the public would find interest in.

Kuzma can play good D when he wants to. When he is guarding a star he is typically more motivated and gives them problems. At other times he is indifferent which isn't surprising on a tanking team.

You know that no one has ever spent more than Trump right? You know that Biden has brought the deficit down every year since Trump right? You know that Republicans always spend more than Democrats right?
It's like clockwork, Republicans come in and spend to hell, then the Dems fix it and a Republican inherits it and ruins it again. Rinse and...
