Nevermind that they don't know where any of the murdering rapists are....or Jordan Chase specifically, who they've been hunting for weeks....or any clue about the vigilantes.....or really ANYTHING. But f*ck it, shit is SOLVED NOW!

But - Deb couldn't allow herself to see them. If she did, she'd have to arrest them and she didn't want to do that. This way its plausible--"someone killed chase, I don't know who"

I'm watching the 5th season ATM... down to the last 2 of the season, and I seriously thought about skipping the 5th and 6th, since people said it went to shit after the 4th (7th supposed to start off good)...

but I really don't know what the problem is? After a slow start, every episode since the 6th has been great... the last 3 were fantastic.

However, nearly everything I've read said S6 and S8 are trash, so I won't watch those.

I liked Dexter as much as anyone and it just meanders after season 5 with interesting moments here and there. And season 8 is just BAD.

I liked season 5, definitely worth watching. It's steep downhill after that though.
