ALSO! Beat my first GYM last night! The FUNNIEST shit happened.

So, it was my second or third time gym battling, the previous times I didn't know what to do. Now I did. So, I'm battling first with my Rhydon. He dies. Then I'm out with my Snorlax. I kill one of their pokemon. My Snorlax dies next. My Starmie comes out next. I kill theirs. My Starmie dies. ODDISH comes out for me LMFAO against their Vaporeon. I ended up beating them with an ODDISH lmfao

It's Scyther not Syther.

And Venusaur is the only evolved from pokemon that you mentioned. All the others are not/do not evolve.

I mean, look at guys in this thread. Draz, Sajo, and others notorious for not having lives outside of ISH, are finally going outside and "accomplishing" something. That's pretty cool IMO.

I think you should hint at your son to maybe... approach a lady like he would a venusaur (which I caught today BTW) and make a move. There has never been a better way to meet new girls in real life than Pokemon go. This app is revolutionary in more ways than one and he'd be a fool not to capitalize.

So the update happened right as I turned level ten so idk which it is, but catching pokemon is ****ing impossible now. Even sub 100CP pokemon break out of balls constantly. I have not caught a single pokemon with one ball in the last 4 days. Getting really annoying.

I mean don't you kind of have to? The game essentially becomes just aimlessly wandering HOPING you randomly find the Pokemon you're looking for? And then they shut down tracking sights? That won't work.

I was pumped about this game, wasn't following it but soon as it released I did hear n I did install. Was a blast dudes. Ton of fun going out with your friends and seeing other people playing the same shit as you, tryna represent your team and take over gyms with your buddies. Whole thing was balls deeps tons of fun.

Then a week and a half later I was not into it. The tracking bug killed the fun of it and then I began to dissect the rest of the game until I convinced myself the game is very shallow at a gameplay perspective. The gyms are so easily overthrown so any effort to have pride over a gym is lost and misplaced since it is very easy to attack gyms. Beyond that, gym battles are retarded and a tap fest when they could have been just like the gameboy games. Then I got sick of how you couldn't get attached to your Pokemon because there's basically no such thing as making them stronger beyond giving them dust n candy which is not the same as training them against other Pokemon. No trading. No friends list. No battling your friends or other players you encounter while outside playing.

Whole entire game is whack and I quickly quit. Game has such a good idea but execution was poor. I hope someone makes a real Pokemon game that has everything this one didn't.
