Olynyk was welcomed after a trade to Utah with a fanbase asking “Why?”, arguing “He’s worse than the player we traded away”! He also entered the game having the team sport a better offensive rating (117.5) while he was on the court than 287 other players could say for themselves, ranking 27th in the NBA.
he's a lot better player than Bojan
Jordan Clarkson gave us a glimpse into the Jazz focus in their three-day rest and practice, saying; “[We’ve] been focusing on the last 2 minutes of the games ... That’s what we were mostly working on during our 3 off days.”
best thing they could do is bench your sorry ass
Re: 2022-23 regular season. The Tank begins...
Eric Nehm: Before tonight’s game in Houston, we chatted with Mike Budenholzer about Joe Ingles, who has played with the Bucks’ G-League unit twice in the last week. I asked Budenholzer how close Ingles is to getting on the floor. Here was his response: “I think it’s fair to say he’s getting close. I mean, if you’re playing with our G League Group and you’re playing five on five and live action — but again, part of the question towards the end of Khris’s (rehab) is, it’s also, you know, you’ve got to get to a conditioning level to be ready to play in an NBA game. You’ve got to get kind of, I would say, a significant number of reps of just playing and doing things and building up just everything that it takes to go into playing an NBA game. So, hopefully, somewhere there is an answer for you.“
They chased him during the offseason when Bogdanović was still a member of the Utah Jazz and, according to league sources, continue to register trade interest in the 33-year-old Croatian. Sources say that the Lakers recently offered a trade package to Detroit for Bogdanović centered around one future first-round pick with unspecified draft protections attached. The Pistons have to date declined those overtures, sources add, insisting on a fully unprotected future first from the Lakers to seriously entertain a Bogdanović swap. Detroit, in fact, continues to tell interested teams (and there are several) that it wants to keep Bogdanović, who is averaging 21.0 points and shooting 50.8% from the field (43.7% on 3-pointers) as a Piston.

good luck, all Ainge got was Olynyk which has been a good trade. For both teams I guess? He can shoot and score. Olynyk brings more
Meanwhile, the Hawks have had several teams in the Collins market, such as Utah, Washington, Brooklyn and Dallas, sources said. the rumors won't die. Sounds like Lauri and the bum aren't likely to be involved but everyone else is. Not sure what Atlanta needs besides Lauri. No one needs Clarkson. You'd think Atlanta would rather deal with the Jazz or Dallas than the East
The Hawks and Heat also are interested in Crowder, and Miami is expected to have a re-energized pursuit soon because it has a slew of players, such as Dewayne Dedmon and Victor Oladipo, available to be traded starting Thursday. The Bucks could continue to seek a third team to facilitate a trade for Crowder, which would be a homecoming of sorts for the Georgia native who played his college ball at Marquette.

3 team deal. Clarkson to the Suns who they wanted earlier I believe. Collins to Utah. Crowder to Hawks. Filler

looks pretty good. Everyone gets their guys. Atlanta gets expiring contracts and Crowder. They might want to throw in some filler because they will have to cut guys as it looks now. Suns get two vets to add to their contending team. Save some tax this year by taking on next year. Jazz get Collins while getting rid of Gay and Clarkson for next year and 2 young guys who's options they didn't pick up. Open up roster space(depending on what Atlanta or the Suns may want to throw in). Still deep. More flexibility moving forward. Beasley starts. Jazz lots of picks to make it work

don't think that is necessarily true. He can shoot and make some plays for others
