SGA just showed Lebron how it is done.
That's because Kawhi was locking down Lebron and got him out of his comfort zone to set up anybody on his team. No excuses, Wade\Bosh were just as washed up as Duncan\Manu.
Kawhi averaged 24PPG on 69% FG in the 3 straight wins over heat. He also led the team in VORP\WAR through out the entire playoffs. Nobody on the spurs was a superstar at that point, Duncan\Manu were on their last legs. Oh and during the 3 straight wins, Duncan averaged 12PPG.
Don't know why some put other players down (especially a 38 year old) for a (short) 3 game stretch. I could say that during the first 2 Finals games (when the games were competitive and not blow-outs), Kawhi averaged 9 points.
2014 Playoffs
Duncan 16.3 pts 9.2 rebs 52.3%FG
Kawhi 14.3 pts 6.7 rebs 51.0%FG
How many players won a ring as the man by age 25? Certainly not Jordan.
From that point on, lebron made 9 finals and won 4 chips in 10 years.
This thread is just silly.
Am I reading wrong but wasn't Lebron 27 when he first won? I wouldn't be using young age as a plus for Lebron - Magic won his first as a 21 year old.
