Summer League
 

Okay, I'm thinking about going down to Vegas for the NBA Summer League, which will be held on the UNLV Campus. Tickets go on sale 2 June.

Curious - who amongst the Blazers current roster do you think will be participating?

Oden wont be playing in summer league.

But im sure Joel Freeland will be there again, Petteri Kopponen, Josh McRoberts, the #13 pick(assuming we do in fact use it). A few other scrubs trying to earn a spot on an NBA roster. Maybe a few of our second rounders(again assuming we do in fact use our second round picks)

We need to make sure he plays for us in general first. I would just to get him used to the rules.

Spanish press says today that Rudy will go to Portland next season, so congrats, you get an excellent player who will earn 1/3 of the money he could get in Europe only for playing in Portland.

Hope it will be good for him, if I had some interest in Portland before, I will follow them next year. You will have a great team, for sure.

EDIT: It will be better for him not playing summer leagues. Summer leagues, Olimpic games and a season (with playoffs, probably) can be too rough for an NBA rookie.
