It didnt really tell me much about how intense his workouts get, but I do like the fact he said he is working on his core. This is going to help prevent stress on other parts of his legs and its going to help prevent injury. The stronger your core is, the better off everything is around it.
Great video. My biggest complaint about Luke has been that he is not a workout guy.....I heard him say it in person twice. Yes, core strength will help reduce injuries....but remember, he is a Walton.
If he's been doing this for awhile during the off season his hops will greatly improve....look out Birdman
He said his workout was geared toward getting back into training camp (lower weights, higher reps), so I don't think he's been working out hard over the summer. I guess he's not a gym rat like Kobe... but few are!
lol, the gym is everyone's strength, especially for a guy who can't seem to remain healthy for more than a few months at a time
I agree. He really does need to have harmony between his mind and body, so that is what keeping your body in great shape does. They go hand in hand. And with the Walton curse for health, we can only hope he gets in a good portion of the season!
