Williams-Brewer-Kirilenko-Boozer-Fesenko vs Davis-Gordon-Thornton-Camby-Kaman

Didn't hear why Fesenko is starting or if Memo is out for the night. Anyone know?

Jazz lead 23-18 with 5:10 remaining in the first quarter. After a hot start by the Clippers, they have cooled down, and now, its Utah who has hit a handful of shots in a row to take the lead.

Chris Kaman looks damn good out there. 7 points on 3-4 shooting along with an assist already. We should just keep posting him up all night. Boozer is an average defender and Kaman has the length on him. Same for Millsap. Fesenko is still shaky.

Jazz extend the lead to 29-21 with 2:19 remaining in the opening quarter. Too many opens looks for Utah, as shown by their 62% shooting from the field. Clips also missed three chippies in a row. From Al to EJ to Camby

Clippers go on a 11-5 run, cutting the Jazz lead to 34-32. High scoring first quarter, so defense isn't being played. Clippers need to step it up and be the first to starting play D if they want to win in Utah for the first time in ever it seems. Once Deron checks back in the game, we need to attack him and get him out of the game. Without him, the Jazz aren't very good.

Kaman has 8/2 on 3-3 shooting, and EJ/Baron have chipped in with 9 points a piece.

Deron, Fesenko, Boozer, Koufas have two fouls a piece and Millsap has three. Clippers need to attack the rim as much as possible to keep racking up the fouls and get them in trouble.

Clippers take the lead over, 40-39 with 8:46 remaining in the 2nd quarter.

Entertaining game so far, Jazz lead 48-46 with 5:21 left.

Deron had a nice side-step lay-up and Baron returned the favor by going right to the rim. Kaman had a nice pass to a cutting Rhino as well. Rhino also had a nice block on a Boozer lay-up attempt after a beauty of a pass by Deron.

We just need to keep attacking and get the Jazz in further foul trouble.

Jazz lead 53-51 with 2:12 remaining in the half. Deron had a nasty backspin dribble, but blew the layup. Camby rejected Boozer right at the rim basically. Baron seems to be the Baron of old and Lucas is up, getting up and clapping at every play.

Wow, what a finish to the half. Kaman blocks Maynor crazy and Gordon gets an and one on the opposite end to tie the game up at 60.

Kaman is having a great half. 15/4 with 3 blocked shots on 5-6 shooting. Baron has 13 on 4-6 (5-5 from the line) and Gordon has 12 on 5-7 from the field. Rhino, in 9 minutes, has put up 7/3/2 with 2 blocks.

Deron, on the other end, is killing us with 17/7 on 7-12 shooting.

Game is still tied at 70 a piece with 5:53 left in the third.

Whoever isn't watching this game, needs to tune it. Pretty damn entertaining.

Gordon has a solid 15 and Thornton is playing the best ball he has this year. Sure, he's only 1-6 from the field but isn't forcing anything.
