Default Cowher or Shanahan please.

They want full control? Give it to them.

7-10 million a year? Give it to them.

I just want some people fired. Cutler has sucked ass all season and he is near the BOTTOM of the list of problems this squad has. Both lines suck, no depth to speak of, a **** core of recievers, turnstiles posing as defensive backs, and no 1st day picks next spring.

Forget about the draft/free agency this offseason.(like 2nd-day draft picks would matter anyways) Just buy out Angelo/Smith's contracts and start all over again.

Mike Shanahan to Chicago would make sense. He goes and unites with Cutler again and is also from Illinois. Cowher would be a good fit in Cleveland imo.

cant imagine 2 coaches who wanted to retire to spend time with their families wanting to have full control.
