Barįa leads 29-21 at the half.

Mickeal had 8 for Barįa in the first and then N'Dong had 9 in the second.

Sasha Kaun (remember him from Kansas' national championship team) with 8 and 8 at the half.

Barįa won 64-54 and will advance to the final

The overrated Rubio had 10 points, 8 assists and 4 rebounds and was the match MVP

If Barįa win the final on sunday, Rubio can win the euroleagues finals MVP. I think he would be the youngest european player ever to win it.

What is best is that the two PG's he defended combined a -5 efficiency rate

Sarcastic. He's making fun of Lakas.

The CSKA and Barcelona game was interesting. I only saw the second half, but I noticed a few differences between FIBA and NBA games. During the 3rd quarter they seemed to shoot a lot of 3's (especially CSKA), is that normal, or just how the game is played? I also noticed the fact that there wasn't a commercial break during the game, thats completely different then sports in America where you have a break every 5ish minutes of game time. I also noticed that there wasn't many foul shots, is it because of the volume of three's, or do they allow more physical play generally in FIBA?

threes are beacuse Barca is the best defensive team and they control the pain very well, so its easier for CSKA just to shoot it from three point land and also court isnt that wide like in NBA so there is less room to drive, and yeah there are no TV breaks, for FT well it depends on game like this which is high profile refs let them play, there are games where they just camp on FT line.

I'm pretty sure TV timeouts in the NBA are every 3 mins. 9min mark, 6 min mark and 3 min mark. Regular team timeouts are added on top of this, so there's around 5 gamestops pr quarter. TV timeouts are a game killer.

Euroleague refs generally allow much more physical contact than their NBA colleagues - the game flows much better then without all the ticky tacky fouls...
