As a season ticket holder, since MJ has become owner I've received 2 emails and 2 letters from him (I know they were written by someone else but still), he's lowered the ticket price in my case by almost $500, and I got a hand-written thank you note from my season ticket rep.
From the Panthers I got a bill, ticket prices raised. That's it.

More owners should do this , so that they don't have to ***** they failed to do their job and put people in the seats.
