No, if it's not indigenous to the US it's not happening unless you have big bucks. An avian virus can take out a whole species, so the government is very strict on importing live animals.

Hire a private mercenary group to escort you down to Columbia and through the numerous drug cartels and the jungle so that you can capture the bird by hand and smuggle it into the US via stuffing it into your rectum. Than hope and pray that it isn't a crazy zombie bird that will bring about the end of civilization.
