i know its only three games but those are still some amazing numbers. of course chris paul fans shouldn't be surprised cause he has produced these stats in the past but in terms of this season and especially as of late, those are some exciting numbers. maybe he should get hit in the head more often
That boy when heathy is still the best point guard & floor general in basketball. I'm not falling for the Rose hype at all . Paul had to wear a bulky knee brace for the vast majority of the year, and it's clearly hindered his basketball explosiveness.
Next year, after a full workload of off-season conditioning, as opposed to having to rehab a knee injury(like he did this past summer)? He's going to light the world on fire again ala 2007-08.
the actual change happened the game before the concussion. he just started being aggressive and keeping his dribble.
He'd taken off the brace and a couple of games afterwards he got really conservative and had awful games including vs the Knicks and Raptors. but lately he's starting to trust his knees.
Yea, I noticed he was playing without his brace couple of nights ago. Those three games are actually his highest scoring ones of the season and they all came in back to back to back games, that's what gives me most hope.
Paul should work with Attack Athletics and Tim Grover (I think those are the names at least, whoever trained DWade) and he'd regain his explosiveness by next year. Perfect for when the Knicks get him by next years deadline....

to be fair, most of that hype is more for Rose being MVP rather than him being the best PG in the league, although some are arguing for the 2nd point.

He's playing like paul again. Derpn Williams is the best Pg by the way. Paul is good, but without a million screens a game he is very human.
His efficiency is a mirage. We've all seen what happens to chris paul when the screen and roll game is contained he struggles. Which is why deron williams is better IMO he's far more effective without screens that Paul whom relies heavily on it to be "efficient". Same as with steve nash
