Anyway, Mark Cuban's entire ownership of the Mavs has been based upon one player - Dirk Nowitzki.

The Hornets' record might be so bad they end up with a Davis, Barnes, Drummond, et al, who could be that type of player.

I'm not saying those guys will be Dirk - I'm saying those guys have the potential to be franchise players, which is something the Hornets need.

Yup. This isn't really him criticizing the league, but more him trying to suggest to Orlando not to trade Dwight away, in so many words.

Cuban is an intelligent guy, so he could be playing games.
That being said I believe in telling the player to STFU and play and we can negotiate as a FA if you want to. Then I would look to trade to improve team.
