Hasheem Thabeet To Sign With Thunder
The Oklahoma City Thunder has agreed with former No. 2 overall pick Hasheem Thabeet on a two-year contract:

Perfect example of why not to draft a guy off of size and potential alone.
Not a bad signing for OKC. Maybe he can make something of himself there.

This. It's not a good or bad signing. It's just....a signing. It's not like we could go out and afford a low-post scorer anyway and it does not mean we won't attempt to keep Ibaka. It is what it is, signing a 3rd string center for cheaper than the current 3rd string center.

How is that gonna help them? They still need a viable post option and I doubt Thabeet will fit that build.
