Do you even know the facts of the case? The idiot did a dump of top secret information. He didn't even check over what information he was downloading and just turned it over to wikileaks to do that. He had no idea if he was turning over sensative information that could get Aghani's and other people around the world working with us killed or not. If he had actually looked over what he was handing over I'd consider being somewhat sympathetic, but what he did should get him in front of a firing squad let alone a long prison sentence.
