Default Jazz waive Alan henderson

The AP reports: The Utah Jazz waived veteran forward Alan Henderson on Friday, eight days after they acquired him in a trade with Philadelphia. The move was expected.

That was kind of a dick move by the Jazz organization. If they'd done it yesterday he'd be eligible for the playoffs.

they waited the extra day on purpose then, I agree. It was expected he would be waived and then the Mavs would add him. However, I'm not mad because I want a 7footer

bcoz they could have used him as a 12th man or osmething, he brings experiance to the team and they got rid of him.

Have you seen Henderson lately. The only big man on the Jazz he might be able to challenge skill-wise is Collins. And Collins has been with the team for 5 years and knows the system.

that pretty wrong. i see why they waited, but come on man, i thought the Jazz were supposed to be a class organization. I guess not.

Henderson will probably retire now and go back to school to be a doctor.

I don't know all the details, and neither does anyone here... but he gets paid his full money. Why let him go to a contender anyway? Could end up hurting them, you never know... they paid for him, a lot of money (to the average guy), they can do what they want.
