Week 1 Power Rankings

1. () Iamgine 0-0: Defending champion opens the league at the top spot. Sure he may deserve it because he was champion, but there is more to it than this. This is probably the best version of Iamgine's style constructed yet. It starts with having Steph Curry, the best player for the style Iamgine likes to play. But it got better, he filled his roster with nice pick after nice pick. You might think he was just taking best guard every round, but there was more to it than this if you look closer. This is the team to beat.

2. () Dream Team 0-0: No bias. But this team looks scary. It starts having a legit fantasy superstar in CP3, but after that the Drummond/Vucevic combination inside is more well balanced than his last year Drummond/DeAndre. Pair this with some solid picks later in the draft, a mindset to compete every week and go undefeated, and Dream Team will be a tough one to beat.

3. () Triple D 0-0: Despite having the last slot, Bird did a very fine job drafting. No he dosn't have any superstar, but Lillard and Klay maybe the best duo in the league. He later made his team well-rounded grabbing Favors/DeAndre well after they were projected to be drafted. And it doesn't stop there, he had many great picks later in the draft. Assists maybe a concern, but make no mistake, this is a powerhouse team.

4. () Mulan 0-0: When you have Anthony Davis on your team, you will be ranked near the top. Fortunately he had some other good picks following that to give AD a great supporting cast. He would be higher if he could finish the draft stronger, unfortunately he couldn't. May need another big body to rebound, but overall, should be a playoff team again.

5. () GUWOP 0-0: A surprise pick at #5 to a newcomer to the league. But kind of deserved, his team is strong. He stole Kawahi at #9, had a great 2nd round, and overall drafted quite well. Might need some 3 point shooting but overall has a good mix of solid bigs and smalls. Playoff caliber roster right now.

6. () Overdosed Redux 0-0: Finally the reining regular season champion gets his spot. Had a very typical draft like you would have expected out of him. Lots of young talent that has the chance to blow up this year. Team full of potential. He usually starts out slow because of his potential needs a bit of time to get going, but we'll see how it goes this year.

7. () Big Poppa PUMPIN 0-0: For someone who was not at the draft, did a really good job. It was apparent he spent time on his PR rankings. His team is very talented, starting with LeBron and had many great picks throughout the draft. However, the problem is he drafted quite a bit of PGs/assists. Once he gets this talented roster sorted out through moves, will have a playoff team for sure.

8. () Keyser Söze Reborn 0-0: Another team that wasn't present at the draft, but still ended up with a pretty talented roster. Got Westbrook at 7 which is pretty good, but after that made some quality picks. However, the problem is, though talented, his roster is pretty injured. Blame it on the auto-pick. May need to make a trade or 2 to get healthier, but after that should start winning.

9. () Keep Floatin' 0-0: Honestly, didn't have a bad draft and made many great picks. His roster is talented, PG and Wall are arguably both 1st rounders. PG is a risk that he needs to work out, but aside from that, his team just doesn't seem to fit really well. Again, playoff caliber talent, but might need to make a few moves and find a team identity.

10. () D.R.A.K.E. 0-0: People might say I ranked this team low because of personal reasons, however there was none of it. There really were many questionable picks on this roster and this team is looking very very weak. KD injury away from a bottom 2 finish. In fact, the only reason he is even ranked as high as he is, is because the manager has a strong reputation. Otherwise, aside from Lowry round 2, flopped on most his remaining picks.

11. () G 0-0: Honestly, if I had to pick a team who had the worst draft, it would probably be this team. So why is he not last? 2 reasons: James Harden and 2 of the teams below have questionable managing. But really, if there was no Harden or if G didn't have a top 7 pick, based on his picks his team would be last. I mean, its one of hte most well-rounded teams, but there may have been too much focus on well-rounding rather than getting good value. But anyways, as long as you have Harden, you can contend.

12.() SO SWAG @navidsworld0-0: Actually had a solid draft. Picked his usual "name value" playres, but got them at reasonable prices. Not to say his draft was great, but it was solid. Would be higher and could go higher if he is a solid manager.

13. () DETROIT VS EVERYBODY 0-0: Some teams just didn't have a strong draft. Aside from G-Train, this may have been the worst draft. His top 2 picks were solid, but then things well. He took a F or C in his 1st 6-7 rounds, and I still don't think I can say he is strong in the bigman categories. Does that sum it up?

14. () Might Not Win 0-0: Might want to change his name from "Might Not Win" to "Will Not Win".

Matchup of the Week

5 GUWOP 0-0 vs. 6 Overdosed Redux 0-0

Storyline: Interesting Week 1 matchup of the week. Both teams ranked as playoff caliber. It will be the "new guy" vs. the "veteran" in this one. Both teams have solid rosters, it will be interesting who strikes 1st and further establishes themselves as a playoff caliber team, and who falls and isn't able to prove themselves quite yet.

Week 2 Power Rankings

1. () Iamgine 1-0: Defending champion opened up the season in a strong fashion. Granted it was against the worst ranked team, but he dominated like expected winning 7-2. Honestly seems like it will be so tough to beat him with Steph Curry running the show.

2. () Dream Team 1-0: Another team with high expectations and he delivered. It was a pretty dominating week, had a strong start and never looked back dominating through the week. Still has a lot to prove, faces another relatively weak team this week.

3. (+2) GUWOP 1-0: Rondoooo starts his premier career with a win! It was a very impressive win at that, he dominated the previous week #5 ranked team 7-2. It was not close either as he led throughout the week. This team really has some serious talent and I expect it to make noise all year. Will get a freebie opponent this week.

4. () Mulan 1-0: Players didn't play all too well, was an ugly close week against a injured roster, but hey still pulled out the victory. Still needs to actually start playing better to get a Top 3. Faces a much healthier squad than he faced last week, another test to see if he belongs at the top.

5. (+2) Big Poppa PUMPIN 1-0: Off to the right foot in the new season. Actually one of the teams I think did a great job improving as well, his trade with b4life brought a lot of good talent and made his team well balanced. Could be in the Top 5 for weeks to come.

6. (+4) D.R.A.K.E. 1-0: The biggest mover up of the week. Proved his team is better than thought with an impressive win against one of the supposed top teams in the league. With the surprise of CJ, actually might have a solid Top 6 playoff team afterall. Of course it was still 1 week 1 win, though next week isn't a particularly big challenge, it's another week to prove himself as a solid playoff contender.

7. (-4) Triple D 0-1: Honestly, it was a tough and unexpected loss this week. Pretty much trailed all 2nd half of the week and couldn't come back. Still think this team has a lot of talent, but it appears to be unbalanced. How the manager handles all this talent will determine the fate of his season. Could potentially rise back to Top 3 or just keep falling.

8. (+3) Newton's Third Law 1-0: Got off to the right side of the season with a good week 1 win. It wasn't easy though even against a #12 team, needed a comeback win to take the week away. The positive news is I think overall this team without a doubt has improved the most through week 1, there is a lot of talent now on this team and I would not be surprised it just keeps rising and rising.

9. (-1) Keyser Söze Reborn 0-1: It was a tough loss but despite some inactivity and injuries, only lost 5-4 to one of the better teams in the league. That's surely not terrible news. Manager seems more active now, and is trying to fix his roster. This team always had the players to win, it's now a matter of health and some good managing to get it going.

10. (-5) Overdosed Redux 0-1: The biggest dropper of the week. Honestly, it was an embarassing week 1 effort. Manager always starts bad week 1 and bounces week 2, but there seems to be a lot of questionable decisions made through Week 1 that may have hurt his team. The good news is faces an easy opponent to possibly start winning.

11. (+1) SO SWAG @navidsworld 0-1: Honestly, give this man some credit. He led almost the entire week, and just at the very end let his lead slip. I said it from the start, his team looks better than usual. There are still managing concerns, but if he can get it together maybe a dark horse playoff contender here.

12.(-3) Keep Floatin'0-1: Look, the scoreboard was bad, but the actual matchup was maybe even worse. Was trailing 8-1 for a good portion and just got dominated week 1. Though it was a against a Top team. What really hurts is, he really made some questionable decisions this week hurting his team. Hate to say it, but should be bottom 4 all year.

13. () DETROIT VS EVERYBODY 0-1: Lost as expected week 1, but what's interesting here is he made some good moves but some bad moves as well. Where this leaves his team remains to be seen, but there is potential. Unfortunately still a long shot away, and faces another top half team this week.

14. () Definitely Wont Win 0-1: Changed his team name from "Might Not Win" to "Definately Won't Win"...at least he knows.

Matchup of the Week

4 Mulan 1-0 vs. 8 Newton's Third Law 1-0

Storyline: Our only 1-0 vs. 1-0 matchup this week. Both teams have something to prove. Mulan still needs to prove he is worthy of his top ranking, week 1 was not impressive despite the win, this week faces a more challening opponent. Meanwhile, Gtrain has a lot to prove as well. They say his team drastically improved from week 1, this is the week he gets to show how good he is now.

Week 3 Power Rankings

1. () Iamgine 1-0: Until someone can beat the defending champion, he is the team to beat. It's still hard to imagine how this team can be beaten with Steph Curry running the show. It almost happened this week, but the way this team is built you can expect some close matchups. He tied this week, but 9/10 he would've won the matchup.

2. () Dream Team 2-0: Not by any means an easy matchup this week after the dominant week 1. Injuries would explain the slow down. This matchup went back and forth, close all the way, but Dream Team found a way to prevail. Gotta give credit where it's due, has the longest active win streak dating back to last year: 5 straight.

3. (+1) Mulan 2-0: Yes he proved he is a true powerhouse team with a dominant performance in the matchup of the week. Anthony Davis has come alive. He won solid 6-3, but it was against a pretty solid opponent. His schedule won't get any easier, faces another strong opponent next week.

4. (+1) Big Poppa PUMPIN 2-0: I'll be honest, was absolutely unstoppable this week. Faced a respectable opponent, challenged that opponent at his own game, and has so many other things going well for him. Has just a very deep roster and LeBron James was incredible this week. This team is a contender.

5. (+1) D.R.A.K.E. 2-0: The biggest surprise of the year. Has proven his pre-season rank of #10 was bogus and his squad is as good as anyone's. CJM has been a big reason for his success along with some others. Really hasn't faced anyone great this year, this week will be the ultimate test for his team.

6. (+3) Keyser Söze Reborn 0-1: A tie against the league's top team is a win. He's getting healthier, and he's getting better. I still feel one of the most underrated teams in terms of talent, and his ability to hang with the defending champ showed it. Kyrie Irving is still injured, once he gets back, this team will be as good as anyone's.

7. (+1) Newton's Third Law 1-1: No he didn't win this week, but he still hung right in there with one of the top teams in the league. He is at a solid 1-1 so far this year, and I feel like he is better than his record indicates. There is so much talent in this team's roster, it's kind of scary. Not considered one of the powerhouse teams yet, but maybe there soon.

8. (-5) GUWOP 1-1: Wow what a falldown. Got dominated by the previous week's worst ranked team. His team played awful, and there is no big injuries I can point to. Honestly, his PGs so far have been playing subpar, and seems like this team is about to self-destruct. But Kawhi and Griffin should still keep this team respectable.

9. (-2) Triple D 0-2: Another loss where he never really had a chance. It's been a struggle for this team so far despite all the talent. Injuries play a big role. Unfortunately, if he doesn't get things fixed soon, the losing will continue. Still needs to figure out what he wants to do with his team, and injuries are still haunting him. Might take another week or 2 before he gets going.

10. (+4) Definitely Wont Win 1-1: Wow the biggest surprise of the week. Not only did he knock of the #3 seed as the #14, he dominated the matchup. Damian Lillard was an absolute monster and he has enough bigs to bang inside with any team in the league. Faces another tough opponent next week as he continues to try and prove himself.

11. (-1) Overdosed Redux 0-1: A tie against one of the worse teams in the league is never good. But he did not have his best player with him. Still without a win though. Will face another lowly ranked team, needs to get in some wins before his schedule gets much tougher. Cousins is expected back this week so no excuses.

12. (+1) DETROIT VS EVERYBODY 0-2: Lost in a very close matchup, but give him some props going toe to toe with one of the top teams in the league. He's made a lot of moves and his team is actually pretty solid now. Paul George is looking like a Top 10 player again and his Big 3 is as scary as anyone's (PG, Klay, Ibaka).

13.(-1) Keep Floatin'0-1: Really should've won this week. Wasn't facing a terribly good team, and that team didn't have it's best player. Coming out with a tie in this kind of matchup is not a good sign. Has another winnable matchup this week, trying to get on the board for the season.

14. (-3) SO SWAG @navidsworld 0-2: This team is self-destructing. The owner has already dropped his 7th, 8th, and 9th round picks, and is looking to trade away valuable assets for pennies. Every league needs a doormat...

Matchup of the Week

3 Mulan 2-0 vs. 5 D.R.A.K.E. 2-0

Storyline: This should be good. Our very 1st powerhouse matchup of the year, where both teams are Top 5. In this matchup, both teams are also undefeated. Both teams looked very strong last week. One of the early "playoff preview" type matchups here. Both teams are relatively healthy so can give it a good shot here. Both teams are well balanced as well. It's CANADA vs. CANADA.

Week 3 Special Edition

So it's been 2 weeks. 2 weeks, imo, is a good amount of time to really evaluate a team. You start figuring out who is for real, and who is not. I've broken the league down to 4 different categories.

The Contenders

Iamgine
Dream Team
Mulan
Big Poppa PUMPIN
D.R.A.K.E.

These 5 teams have really started the league dominating. Their combined record is 9-0. The way they have played, pending major injuries, I would be shocked if any of these teams wasn't in the playoffs. They have the talent, and they have played to their potentials.

The Dark Horses

Keyser Söze Reborn
Newton's Third Law

These teams are the teams who will be fighting for the last playoff spot. They are the teams who have the roster to be a contender and be a powerhouse, but it's unclear yet if they have what it takes. Time will tell.

The Consolation Contenders

GUWOP
Triple D
Definitely Wont Win
Overdosed Redux
DETROIT VS EVERYBODY
Keep Floatin'

These are the teams, you just have that feeling won't be making playoffs. They will be floating around the middle to end all year, sometimes make an appearance in the Top 6, but ultimately destined for the consolation. Let's be honest, look at these teams/names, yeah you know they will be "that" type of team.

The Doormat

SO SWAG @navidsworld

This is the team, where when you see this team as your next opponent, you give a sigh of relief. You know you will win. You have nothing to worry about this week. Just step on the doormat and look at your next matchup.

Week 4 Power Rankings

1. () Iamgine 2-0: Still unbeaten. Still the defending champion. Still number one. Will have his toughest challenge to date next week however.

2. (+2) Big Poppa PUMPIN 3-0: Again another dominant week on all cylinders. Granted his matchup was against the league's doortmat, but he did what he was supposed to do. Only interesting part is he is changing his team's structure, hopefully that doesn't change how strong this team is already.

3. (+2) D.R.A.K.E. 3-0: Another week another ambush. Has virtually led everyday of the season in all his matchups. However, he will face his biggest test of the season vs. iamgine, a manger who has dominated him through the years. Will need his best.

4. (-2) Dream Team 2-1: It was a very dissapointing week. Had some command early in the week, but the end result was a blowout. Injuries and poor managing decisions have started to hurt this team. Fortunately, looks healthier coming into Week 4 and faces worst team.

5. (-2) Mulan 2-1: It was one of those matchups, where the score didn't tell how bad it really was. 6-3 was nice for how badly this team was dominated this week. Needs AD healthy for this next matchup against yet another very tough team. It's one of these weeks where he finds out if he's still a contender or not.

6. (+2) GUWOP 2-1: It was a must-win week after last week's beatdown. And he came thru. Didn't beat anyone good, but just winning last week was needed for this team to prove he is still good. Hasn't really beaten anyone good but hey 2-1 so far looks good. Faces another relatively easy team in Week 4.

7. (+2) Triple D 1-2: Win number one! Really needed it this one, trying to get back to his pre-season ranking #3. One of the teams who has dissapointed the most this season. But finally got a little healthier and dominated one of the top teams in the league. Will look to carry this success forward. Fortunately has one of the worst teams on his schedule next.

8. (+3) Definitely Wont Win 2-1: Should finally edit his team name, he definately can win. He has done it back to back weeks. Is starting to show the league he is a team that can compete in the playoffs. Lillard is carrying this team and his Bosh/Love combo is doing work. Could be a dangerous team.

9. (-2) Newton's Third Law 1-2: Another week another loss. He has a good excuse this team, he was facing the best team in the league. Both of his losses came against Top 5 teams. However, his only win came against the worst team in the league. Has a very talented roster, with a specific strategy, but now its time to prove he can win this week.

10. (+2) DETROIT VS EVERYBODY 1-2: Win number one! Did it against a pretty bad team, but hey a win is a win. Despite a 1-2 record, has played his opponents tough and never lost more than 5 categories in a week. And this week was huge as he proved he doesn't belong in the bottom of the league. Has made many changes, faces a borderline playoff team next week, good test to see how good his team really is now.

11. (-5) Keyser Söze Reborn 0-2: Honestly, 3 weeks have passed, and he still has 0 wins. This is a red sign. Had excuses he's faced tough teams Week 1 and 2, but that doesn't fly last week. The only good news is he's kept all his matchups close, but now its time to actually win.

12. (-1) Overdosed Redux 0-2: It can't be any more clear this team has serious flaws. 2-7 loss to #6, tie vs. #13, and 3-6 loss vs. #10. This team belongs at the bottom, and unfortunately maybe there for a while now until serious changes are made. Injuries are a part of it, but can't really see this team winning much this year the way it looks right now.

13. () Keep Floatin'0-2: Is reaching pretty close to doormat status. Keeps making questionable moves. Needs to look forward to Week 7, where he faces the actual doormat and a shot at his 1st win.

14. () SO SWAG @navidsworld 0-3: Doormat of the league. Enough said.

Matchup of the Week

1 Iamgine 2-0 vs. 3 D.R.A.K.E. 3-0

Storyline: For the 1st time this year, 2 Top 3 teams are facing. Matchup of the year to this point. The defending champion, as expected, is VERY tough to beat the way his team is constructed. He hasn't lost yet, and with Curry, who knows when he will ever lose. On the other end, its a team that has dominated each of it's opponents. No team has really stood a chance at beating this team. This truly is one of those Immovable Object (Iamgine) vs. Unstoppable Force (D.R.A.K.E) type matchups. The team that can't be beaten (Iamgine) vs. the team that can't be stopped from beating others (D.R.A.K.E). Should be very interesting.

How can I be mad losing 4-5 twice and tied 4-4 once with the amount of injuries I've had.....

Oh but wait the Westy Kyrie combo will make you all "Rue the day" when Keyser Sose returns... I am performing the greatest trick next to the devil...

1. (+1) Big Poppa PUMPIN 4-0: After 4 weeks....we finally have a new #1. And none more deserving really. He's pretty much dominated the league so far through the 1st 4 weeks, no one has even won more than 3 categories versus his team. James Harden honestly just makes this team even more scarier. Question is, how long will he last at #1? He faces the former #1 this week to prove he belongs where he is.

2. (+1) D.R.A.K.E. 4-0: Almost like a 1b. Another team that has not lost a week and been completely unstoppable this year. He hasn't even trailed the entire season. And he just knocked off the undefeated former #1 defending champion. And if that doesn't knock you off your chair.....he has done most of this without Kevin Durant.

3. (-2) Iamgine 2-1: Yes 1st loss hurts, but you still have to respect the defending champion. He faced a red hot team. He kind of kept it close, but really trailed all week. Has yet another big challenge this week, maybe even more challening than last week. It's his chance to show he still might be the best.

4. () Dream Team 3-1: Back to winning for this team. Is one of the 3 teams in the league who has won 3 weeks already. This week's win was rather unimpressive 5-4 over the worst team, but schedule will now get tougher as this team will get true tests of how good they are.

5. (+2) Triple D 2-2: Here is a team starting to show themselves. It was always known this team had the talent from the draft time but got off to a bad start (facing the #1 and #2 teams). Was also banged up. But manager has made some nice trades and this team has gotten healthy. The past 2 weeks have been absolute domination. Trend should continue.

6. (-1) Mulan 2-2: Yeah another week and another ugly loss. Has lost 2 in a row, but everyone in the league has lost to the #1 and #2 teams. He is still 2-0 otherwise and has Anthony Davis. Most importantly, is healthy. There is still some concern this manager has hurt his team through trades, I guess we will find out as he faces other more beatable opponents.

7. (+3) DETROIT VS EVERYBODY 2-2: Impressive win last week. Has won 2 weeks in a row, and almost had a 3rd win in a row losing a heartbreaker in week 2. Team really is good at what he does and has done a great job building his team. But the ultimate test of this will be this week as he faces his mirror counterpart.

8. (+3) Keyser Söze Reborn 1-2: It's been said all year this team has the talent, it just didn't have the win. Finally got it. Against a respectable opponent too. Right now, this team is underrated. It's finally healthy, and it might actually surprise a few opponents. Schedule will be challenging however, faces the #1, #2, and #4 ranked teams next 3 weeks.

9. (-3) GUWOP 2-2: Has been kind of inconsistent so far this season. Has had some impressive victories, and then some dissapointing losses. Still need more time to figure out how good this team is. But the fact is, they are not clearly a good team so far. Faces a good team this week, close to the position where he was last week, will be interesting to see how this goes.

10. (+3) Young Thugs 1-2: Honestly, watch out. This team is turning it around. Manager has made some positive moves for this team, built a particular style team. And it looks damn good now. This week is going to be the ultimate test though, facing his mirror small ball counterpart. Huge matchup this week to see how good his team really is now.

11. (-3) Definitely Wont Win 2-2: Upset loss last week ending his 2 game win streak. Nonetheless, still can take the postive fact he has won the last 2/3 weeks. Faces another team ranked lower than him this week, really needs to take advantage of this weeks before schedule gets much tougher. Losing Jonas is going to hurt however.

12. (-3) G-train 1-3: Another team who has kind of turned his team around to play a particular style. Early results are not so good. In a small ball dominated league, it doesn't look like playing big is going to be so successful. Lost his 3rd week in a row now.

13. (-1) Overdosed Redux 0-3: We might actually have 2 doormats in the league this year. One of the 2 winless teams, but on the positive side at least tied someone this year. This team is totally dysfunctional and really needs a complete overhaul. If he is going to get a win, best shot is next week.

14. () SO SWAG @navidsworld 0-4: Only team to have lost all of his matchups this year. Lost 5-4 this week against a good team, but matchup wasn't as close as the score was. Doormat matchup of the year next week as #13 vs. #14.

Matchup of the Week

1 Big Poppa PUMPIN 4-0 vs. 3 Iamgine 2-1

Storyline: Another superpower matchup this week. Two top 3 teams face off. Harden vs. Curry. It's been a nightmare for every team to go against PLR & Pete in back to back weeks, 0-8 now. Iamgine got a taste of Pete last week, this week goes against PLR. On the other side, PLR has become more of a run & gun team with the acquisition of Harden. Play a more similar style to Iamgine, but more well rounded. Almost feels like this team is built to beat the defending champion.
