busted draft pick playing on a busted team gets a busted foot.
at least he's consistent.
Olawokandi's most memorable play in his nba career:

we'll miss you.
I'll always remember the first home game the Wolves played after the big trade with Boston. Ricky Davis had played in the previous game (in Houston), but Blount, Banks and Reed were all playing their first games as Timberwolves. Boston was visiting Minnesota and I was there.
In the third quarter (I think it was the third, anyway), Olowokandi comes in to a loud chorus of boos. In response, the Celtics dump it to him in the post on their first two posessions, he hits two jump hooks over Mark Blount (or Eddie Griffin or Madsen, don't really remember), then there's a foul on the other end and Olowokandi goes back to the bench. Shut the crowd up real quick. I was pretty entertained.

I remember that. I thought to myself, "what the **** is Olowakandi doing in the game . . . oh, two snaps and a crumb cake, he hit a shot." And then in classic Doc Rivers fashion, take out the guy who's just hit two straight fadeaway hooks with one hand from the baseline.
Olowokandi's season was over before this injury happend.
We really need Oden now to replace this star.
oh F U C K! There goes my fantasy team!!!!
IMO he is one of the biggest underachievers in the league, i put him in the same category as keith vanhorn and Dmiles
****! This will really hurt his MVP chances!
Shocking that a thread about Olowodeuchebag's season being finito made it two pages.
You make jokes, but this kills the playoff drive.
We were well on our way too...
You say his name 3 times in the mirror and he didnt even show up.
for one, Van Horn is retired.
Secondly, Van Horn is far from being the underachiever Miles or Kandi have been. Kandi especially.
For their careers
Van Horn went 16/7
Kandi has gone 8/7
Miles has gone 10/5
Van Horn and Miles were both derailed by injuries while Kandi has just never seemed to care.
When did his season begin?
Greg Oden Sr. :oldlol:
J/k
In fairness to Mr. Olowokandi he did averaged in Double Figures in ppg and rpg.
