Everybody talking about Penny can't do this or do that. I'm hearing that his knees are completely healed and that he can run and walk pain free. I see Grant Hill is still balling and he's going on 35 and putting some decent numbers with 14ppgs not saying Penny is going to do that but give the man a shot and plus his contract isn't fully guranteed so its a win-win for Penny and the Heat.
