Sorta nice, sorta bad. It's nice in the sense that you have the nice high park neighbourhood to the west and bad in the sense that the Dufferin/Bloor area is pretty ghetto (I haven't been there in a while; it might have gotten better). You have Dufferin Mall nearby (which was ghetto too aobut 5 years ago - i havent been to it since, but it likely got better) and it's a stonetrow's away from downtown (5mins max by subway to younge/bloor).
