the way you can tire someone out defensively is by making the person work to get the ball.
Why do you think it was so tough for Iverson to get his points? because Tyronn wouldn't allow him to catch the ball and Iverson had to run all over the place and when he did get the ball, he wasn't in his comfort zones.
3 active point guards will make a PG like iverson have to defend anyways.
