I mean honestly this is what I expected. Nto to try to come off as all-seeing but I figured in about late Feb/early March that Kobe had this MVP on lock. Paul for as great as he was wasn't as strong of an MVP candidate as thought just because this is his first year playing MVP-quality ball, and first year contenders for the award seem to always get slighted by the media. Theres alway next year though, and Paul has shown he deserves to be considered for the award with the way he's playing now, he'll definitely be a dark horse to look for in MVP races for years to come.
