Both teams benefit. Sacramento gets plenty of cap relief next summer to go after a guy like Boozer with both Bobby Jackson, Foster, and Shareefs contracts all gone in 2009. Tinsley can be a solid sixth man. He's had problems staying healthy as a starter, but will be a good bench player, will probably stay healthier, and allow Theus to develop the Martin/Garcia duo.
In Indiana, Miller helps teach Hibbert some of his offensive moves, and they get Tinsley out of their hair. Also for the "now" Miller can still produce as a starter and will be better in the East. We all know he's not a selfish player, so he will let Dunleavy, Granger, and Murphy get their points while becoming a role player.
