Default From what I've seen of Austin Daye...

he reminds me of Jared Jeffries. Just for kicks, here's Jeffries stats at Indiana

Freshman

32.6 mpg
13.8 ppg
6.9 rpg
1.2 bpg
.9 spg
44.2 fg%
24.5 3fg%

Sophomore

32.6 mpg
15.0 ppg
7.6 rpg
1.3 bpg
1.5 spg
45.7 fg%
38.0 3fg%

Similar frame (both in that 6'10" range and slim) and both choose to face the basket rather than use their height and length. NBA position is kind of unkown for Daye. Jeffries was projected to be a sf, tall enough to be a pf, and at one point was the Knicks starting sg.

Should Daye become a lottery pick in the '09 draft, I'm choosing him as my bust right now. It's bold, and he could easily prove me wrong. But right now I don't see much in him.
