In my very humble opinion,Michael Jordan does not have the people skills to be a good teacher.
I think Roy is good enough that even getting to play against a old Jordan would help him.
Could you image having Jordan post you up in practice everyday and then having anyone in the NBA try to. I don't think Jordan would be a great coach or a great teacher but when dealing with a NBA ready player wlike Roy he would be able to help.
