Reading the article, he sounds like a changed man or atleast taking the right steps into becoming a changed man. Didn't he mention that he has a daughter on the way in September? That should definitly help him put things into perspective.

I just hope that chemistry isn't going to be a problem for the entire team. He says he wants to lead by example, so let's see if he can live up to that, I certainly hope he does.
