The rook/soph game needs some kind of incentive added to it. Winning team gets cash or some kind of gift involved (plasma, watch, etc). They don't get paid big contracts so that would actually probably add some intensity to the game

Umm...being on the big stage for All-Star weekend isn't enough? It's an honor to be selected for the game, and probably pretty awesome to be able to travel to and be around all the other All-Star participants.
