Personally I look out for armspan. A long armspan is a very good physical attribute and a player with long arms can usually cause some disruption on then court. Going for steals, playing the passing lanes, going for rebounds, getting a hand in your defenders face, blocking shots, all these things can be affected by long/short arms.

Height, is only useful to me if you take into account the armspan. Who cares, if player A is 0.50 of an inch taller than player B, when player B has a longer armspan by 2.75 inches.

Standing reach is also a good attribute. A high standing reach is never a bad thing.
