Today i was just shooting hoops by myself and i was going up for a rebound and i jammed my pinky finger. It hurt pretty bad for like five minutes, but then it calmed down. Then as i was playing some xbox i noticed it was a little sore, so now ive taped it up so that i cant bend it. This past winter i jammed my thumb just before bball tryouts and it hurt for like 3 months, and i dont want a repeat of that. Does anyone have any recommendations to help it heal quicker?
