I want four teams you are 100% sure will NOT make the playoffs. This thread will be bumped next April and you will be ridiculed for wrong answers. If there's any major roster movement between now and tip off and you want to change your answers that's fine but no edits once the season starts.

my picks:

1. New Jersey Nets
2. New Orleans Hornets
3. Toronto Raptors
4. Minnesota Timberwolves

Awfully similar to last year, I swapped out Sacto for NOH just so it wasn't a total copy+paste.
Maybe you think my picks are "safe", maybe you think I'm sleeping on one of the aforementioned. Give your FOUR and discuss. Remember, testicular electricution next spring if you choose poorly.

You don't have to do 2 east and 2 west either, honestly I'll be more impressed if you go all from the same conference, but it's up to you, just give me four and be right.
