It's a series of post up or iso Carter at the top of the arc. If there is a small defender on Kidd it'll be posting him up and he'll either fade away, draw a double to hit an open guy for the shot. For RJ he posts up and he'll spin to the middle and drive in for a foul or a hook shot. Carter has the same position. When each guy spins and draws in either RJ/Carter or Kidd is open for a three. There's post ups for Nenad too. The only offense JC gets is that elbow jumper... That's abot it.
The motion offense hasn't been utilized as much anymore. It's just a slower paced, grind out offense.. Defense is still good but offense is stagnant and inconsistent, especially when players can't make jumpshots.
